Are these good for stereo use? I see a lot of surround application but wonder how they do against say KEF R5 as a 2.0 setup?

JonLaneThanks Jon, I was looking at the KEF R500 at a discontinued price.. These are quite intriguing and for the price, something that my wallet would better agree on. Looks like I got a few days to make up my mind

andrewebay1The A5.5's three SplitGap woofers displace considerably more air than a pair of conventional drivers of the same size, while its planar treble extends well past a typical dome tweeter. The rest is all design and tuning, areas where this model has always gotten high marks.
