Delivering exceptional audio, the fourth-generation A5.5 floor speaker from Chane features three SplitGap (XLB2) 5.25-inch midwoofers for plenty of headroom and lower distortion, plus a special matching 5.25-inch midrange driver, which makes the A5.5 Chane's only three-way model. A pro-derived planar leaf tweeter with a molded aluminum lens extends response beyond 30 kHz, while a custom crossover network ensures the A5.5's most linear response yet. At just over 40 inches tall, the A5.5 case is equipped with a machined, all-metal base system that allows for easy adjustments on any surface. The dense cabinet features six-way bracing and extensive internal acoustical treatment to keep the audio ultra clean.
