Designed by Elijah Isham, the CIVIVI Mckenna slips into a pocket effortlessly and goes practically unnoticed on the go. However, when it’s time to open a box, cut a package, or slice some fruit, it’s at the ready Read More
Looks great. Good action for such a light blade. Mine had a warped blade, customer service was excellent, sent to Civivi and they replaced the blade and got it back to me fairly quickly. Overall I would still recommend it.
I've always been drawn to Isham's designs and while this one is relatively subdued than his other offerings, it still has that trademark flair and design aesthetic. Functionally, CIVIVI killed it with the manufacturing. Perfectly centered with snappy action that's easy to get used to with some practice, solid tool steel, and grippy G-10 round it out to be a great light use knife.
erickongNo....but with the same functional aspect, they've done something else. The underside of the logo end of the pivot and where it sits in the scale are milled in such a way that it cannot turn freely during disassembly.
Came with a 10in-sq felt cleaning cloth and a faux-fur-lined mesh pouch.
Sharper than a razor right out of the box.
All pieces look to be removable, so it's serviceable.
Carrying clip is adjustable for a lefty, though being a liner lock, it may be rather awkward for a lefty to close.
Has a real nice action to it, and a fair amount of heft for such a small knife.
Well worth my money.
