Is the built-in amp design changed to fix the "tinniness" problem that happens? How after listening to them a while the audio starts warping over the course of 3-5 seconds into something more metallic sounding, stays like that a few seconds, and then slowly warps back to normal over a few seconds? Happens like once an hour-ish on my gen1's.

EniGmA1987I use the v1's and also notice this from time to time. So annoying.
I'm ready to use that discount if it's confirmed that this is fixed.
