I'm plagued by an error when trying to configure high-profile CTRL. Anybody else in same boat/sinking ship? :)
After Fn+B or using the reset button (LEDs have turned off either way) I get this bad boy: "Error: Could not find a valid device port!"
Github forums has a solution but you kind of need to have compiler software to update your mdloader executable, as far as I understand, which is farther than my cpu chops go, unfortunately.

I sent a message to Drop through the Contact Us form, but the auto response said not to expect an answer for 5-7 business, so I'm posting here to hopefully get a quicker solution for what seems like a problem where not much needs to change.
Anybody able to throw me a life jacket? Would appreciate. Thanks.
Oh, I've got a low-profile ALT that I've configured multiple times and never really had a problem. Having multiple Drop boards, with new high-profile CTRL as the only problem child is consistent to others experience in the Github forum linked above, so it seems.
