Mine came in today and some of the keys aren't registering. Anyone have this problem?

mmmikeAll the keys work fine on mine. Which keys aren't working for you? Have you tried pulling the cap, then the switch out and re-inserting it into the socket and trying again? Is it a whole row of keys, or a whole column?

chucktdriscollSeveral keys: F4, F5, Backspace, 5, G, B, and a few more. I didn't know the switches can be pulled out and reinserted. I'll try that when I get home. Thanks

mmmikeSounds like a whole column is bad, which would indicate a defect on the PCA (bad solder joint, damaged copper trace, etc.). I'd file a support ticket (try the switch re-insert first, but I doubt it'll work).

mmmikeThe switches are hot swappable for other switches with no soldering. It's one of the major features of the keyboard. :)

mmmikeThey’re swamped, but I’ve always found Massdrop to have excellent customer service. They’re replacing my kB that had a bad LED.
