Just a dumb question. FAQ in Matt3o's website mentions that the base kit can be replaced by Cyrillic one. I check the number of keycaps between them and the former is smaller than the other. So Cyrillic + mods kits are more than enough for a 60% keyboard?

bHdOaNCorrect, from what I can tell the Cyrillics kit is missing the Function row keys, and the neutral 1u ISO keys. Both versions of the Base Modifiers kit have all 12 function row keys included. For 60% either Base or Cyrillics + a Base Modifier kit will suffice.
