Drop continues to drop the ball with these headphones. After they died on me a couple weeks back I got in contact with support who offered a refund upon completion of an RMA. It has been two days since they received the headphones and around 3 since they have replied to me in any capacity. Now I'm out the pair of headphones that I could've still used with my amp and dac and also put around 380 dollars. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
