Extremely disappointed with Massdrop and their customer service. I ordered the traditional Chinese bopomofo layout and received the Korean layout. I would also like to note that this was exclusively massdrop's error in sending me the wrong set and their customer service tried to blame it on Ducky, which is extremely unprofessional. I received the Korean layout in the correctly labeled Korean box and massdrop tried to partially blame it on the fact that it doesn't have manufacturer's warranty so I couldn't get a replacement. well of course not and even if it did, everything was correct on Ducky's end and it was just massdrop that sent me the wrong item. It's not like I received a traditional chinese box with the korean layout inside - ducky had sent massdrop the correct keys in the correct box and massdrop just packaged the wrong box to ship to me while trying to put the blame on ducky. Instead of a replacement, I was only offered a refund after they receive the return since they didn't have extras. After hearing about all the problems massdrop has with sending out the correct keycaps and this terrible experience, I'm never buying keycaps on massdrop again. This was a present and the person who received it was very disappointed it was entirely the wrong language, especially when traditional chinese caps are hard to find. If anyone has the traditional Chinese layout and wants the Korean, let me know.

frankieeI think I may take you up on that offer, depending on what support says. Not all that enthusiastic about spending even more money for their mistakes. /u/direcyphre

CyphreIf not him then I'd love to try to swap with you. Ordered the Chinese set and got Korean, MD says they're out of stock and only want to give me a refund, but I'm assuming there must be a lot of others that also got bamboozled out of their caps they ordered.

ThepenginatorOr just didn't read the packaging and shipped the wrong item. Seems oddly consistent that these swaps happened to the end customer. Hit my up if you still have your Korean keyset.
