The machining tolerances feel pretty rough, especially where the refill is held. The refill doesn't quite go as far back as I'd expect, and can get stuck pretty solid, making removal hard. The cover retraction action is not confident at all, and definitely not quick. Finally, it came with the an Ohto refill rather than the Hi-tec-c slims listed in the specs.

The Ensso Uno is a guaranteed conversation starter. Don't take it out of your pocket in front of friends if you don't want their fingerprints on it. I divested myself of most non fountain pens a while ago. The UNO, and a few others are the only fine-liners I still own. In fact I have two Unos, both of them Titanium. Massdrop's deal on the UNO Titanium even beats the early bird Kickstarter.
