Just a question before I commit. What happens when parts are missing or broken? is it easy to get them replace or pain in the butt? Cause last thing i want to do is pay $200+ and have broken/missing parts and take another 2 weeks to get something replaced. Just dont like the hassle.

juiceologyIf anything is missing or broken you will have to contact support. I had an issue with another, unrelated drop and honestly Massdrop support has been the best I've experienced from any online retailer. I had an answer in minutes from opening the issue and a replacement really quickly.
