The Ghost delivers a maximum of 130 lumens on high, or six hours of runtime on low; settings are easily adjusted by twisting the head Read More
I've had mine for a few weeks and it's been very handy to have. It's on my keychain and it's been beat around quite a bit. Still looks brand new. The charging interface is solid and the light projection on low and high is stellar. Recommended.
Hey funny that this drop is active right now...
Just received my order of 3 of the Astrolux M01 Mini Keychain Flashlight. 1st thought was it's not as nice as this Factor light (bought 3 lost 1). Sure enough comparing the two, this is thicker gauge steel. I thought I'd come on here and request a redrop of the Factor.
And here it is active. Pictured with a knurled top now?
Will pickup another two or three.
My initial experience has been kind of so-so. The form factor is great but the twisty interface is temperamental. It will flicker and cycle between low and high and at times it even picks a moonlight sort of setting. This suggests a circuitry or simple connection issue. Attempts thus far to Factor's CS have gone unanswered. Just wondering if any others have had this issue yet?
brainwaveThe Q-tip cleaning didn't really improve the symptoms, so I reached back out again to Factor. They said that in the head of the the light there's a little dimple sensor that may have gotten recessed / not popped back out from overtightening, so they suggested: 1) removing the head from the body 2) slamming the head of the light down (index finger on glass lens, two fingers on side of head to stabilize) on a hard surface, which should cause the dimple pop back out. I've tried this a couple of time and it doesn't seem to have worked so I may send it back for repair.
I knew I was going to like this and bought 3 last drop. Couldn't be happier. Very high quality and great thickness to the metal. I use one on each of my two dog's leashes. Third will probably join my keyring.
Noone should compare this with those $1 -$5 button battery lights you buy in Chinatown or other places that sell cheap sh*t. (referring to that character who dominated this thread a page or two back while the drop was happening).
I've been using this for a week now and just realized there were o rings and the charging cable in the bottom of the box. My curious inner child failed me. This makes for an excellent replacement for my Maratac AAA Flashlight. It's smaller and recharges! I hope this has another drop soon because at $25 this is a steal.
I found it hours later, trying to figure out how to charge the dang thing. Didn't see the micro USB port either! Was Googling for 10180 chargers, finally figured this out lol.
HouseIts a standard micro usb like most phones/electronics use. Nothing special...but yes, under the foam.
This is a pretty fantastic little light. Smaller than i had imagined, which is awesome. Plenty bright.
Received mine and it's better than I expected. It's so small but still matches my old carry light in brightness. I am pleased! The ability to recharge it has been handy already. Nice choice on this item.
