After an exceptional break in period (~110 hours) these earbuds really picked up some steam and became somewhat useable. Unfortunately, like others have mentioned, there is considerable noise transmitted to the earbuds from the cable when brushing against clothing or other items. Overall, if you are sitting relatively still or at a desk, these could be a good backup headset.
Horrid tin sound, coupled with mechanical squeaks and rumble transmitted through the housing as the wires move across clothing during body movement make these earbuds worthless. They don't even make a crappy back-up pair of earbuds. A two dollar pair off the shelf at Walmart are a million times better than this phenomenal waste of time and money.
On a positive note, they come in a very sturdy box, and are well packaged. The people in the packaging department put some thought into how best to box these pieces of crap up and ship them to consumers.
