People seem to forget that Ferrari is a sports team too. They have racing heritige and so does a lot of watches. Just look at Tissot and Tag. That being said, I would rather something more subtle. The Ferrari branded things all tend to be in your face that it's Ferrari. A better team based watch would be the casio/torro Rosso themed watches

I had the quartz chrono version, I can say the quality of the case and dial is very good, the presentation ( box) is also excellent. Quality and design will not disapoint you at this price. The only thing I didn't like is Ferrari logo, because I'm not a Ferrari car owner, but for fans of this brand is excellent purchase.

This venerable movement is off patent and has been cloned in Asia for Chopard copies on sale online. Where is this movement and case sourced? Is it the original Swiss made ETA movemen? Is it licensed by Ferrari, SA, Modena? Made by?

i am not 100% on if this watch belongs to hublot but pretty sure either Hublot or Movado made this watche
since hublot has big partnership with Ferrari and Movado signed for trademark use.

RipVanSnortThe dial reads: "Swiss Made". The legal definition of "Swiss Made" means that the ebauche (the movement) is made in Switzerland by ETA and is not a "clone". (ETA is a registered trademark.) Personally, I don't care where the case and bracelet are manufactured. However, I would like to know where the movement was encased. I've read and seen videos of Chinese encased movements that have fingerprints, dust and human skin cells on them. This does not necessarily affect it's function. After the first competent complete servicing and lubrication, the Chinese-encased movement will be as clean as a Swiss encased movement.
