Apologies to those of you who have tracking numbers that haven't shown any activity. Your order was supposed to have shipped out on 12/9 but did not. During this drop process, we had sufficient inventory being held for us at our vendor's location. As fulfillment commenced, there was a system error that released part of our order to other parties.
Our vendor has more inventory arriving on Tuesday, and they are allocating the resources to ensure that all remaining orders are turned around as quickly as possible.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 12/23 or sooner if something comes up.
