Left IEM stopped working after about 5 months of light usage which is outside of Drop's return policy.
I contacted Hidizs so that they can honor their manufactures warranty, but they refuse to help in any way.
They claim that because I bought it from Drop, I have to have warranty from them. I get no warranty because I did not pay Hidizs directly.
I urge everyone thinking of buying Hidizs to rethink their decision and go with a different brand because they're like any other cheap off-branded technology products from China.
