A word of warning to those who ordered this keyboard with the LED option. I just got both of my Poker II MX Clear's in ( one in black with white LED's and one in white with white LED's) and they both have issues right out of the box. As you can see in the pictures the white board's LEDs are of different vary shades of white (you can really see it in F,G,H,J keys), and on my black board 3 LEDs were installed incorrectly, making the keycaps hit them when they're pressed.
Overall I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of this drop, and wish I had never gotten the additional $10 LED option per board.

trizkutI don't know how something like that can get through quality control. What a disaster.

TekilaShotModify it to not include switches, if you want to be extra safe.

HitchaMy white board with white LEDs was delivered the day after it shipped and I've had similar problems.
I've found that the problem is both in the LEDs as well as the keycaps. Initially, my F key was very yellow and my G key was more purple/blue, but upon switching the keycaps I found that the problem persisted with the keys and not the LEDs (so F was still yellow and G was still purple).
Repeating this same "test" with my R (yellow) and T (blue) gave me the opposite result, where R was now blue and T was yellow... I'd test a few more pairs but at this point I'm afraid to break a switch.
LEDs all seem to be installed in functioning order.
Many of the keycaps weren't installed correctly, but I just gave them a push and voila.
The screw is stripped and I'm unable to open the board.
If you're still thinking about this board, I'd tell you to go with a grey board without LEDs. Those users seem to have the least amount of problems.

elephantSo judging by your post, and the other users with broken switches, it seems like the biggest issue is the quality of the keycaps...
After all, Cherry switches are from Cherry, no cost cutting there. But having a stem get pulled out tells me either the manufacturer pushed the caps on with too much force, or the female slot for the stems were made too tight.
This is if users are honest about using the wiggle method and being gentle anyway.
Makes me wonder how my Vortex PBT keycap order (the other recent group buy) will turn out.....

PandaSPURIf need be ill make a video of showing how the stem wants to come out as you wiggle it.

jdswhatwhatKinda curious about that, not because I dont believe you, but mainly because I've never used that method for removing keys.
I just slowly apply pressure with a butter knife on the front bottom edge, while keeping the key straight by putting my finger against the back side. And pop, they just come straight off.
Maybe my method could work against these defective caps..
