Amazing product! Even better than I was expected. I kinda go used to lags and delays from the point I open up the App on my phone to when it actually connects and syncs with the HW. This scale, I believe they use BLE, so connection is pretty fast. I walk out of shower, stand on the scale, take my phone, open up mobile app - already see all info synced. As of everything else: materials, build quality, over all look - Everything is on pretty high level! Scales are a bit heavier and thicker than most of digital scales these days, but these have much more functionality built in (it isn't something you carry around with you anyway, so not a big deal). Very satisfying.

People with so much complaints. It measures your weight and can link it to your phone. Nothing complicated. It works. Like any other scale, you have to stand properly or else the measurement will be wrong. Common sense!
It is a scale that acts like a scale that is not expensive.

Nice looking and the Bluetooth-based extended feature is fast and reliable. Only negative in the manual that comes with it is worthless but if you have the link for the app you don't need it.

I've been very happy with the scale and accompanying app. Similar to other smart scales, I find it necessary to stand on it one time and let it turn off before trying again and syncing with the app - the first weight is usually a little higher.

Scale looks and functions well. However, I have been unable to get the app to work properly (phone running andriod 7.0), and have given up trying to work with Kisslink's tech support staff. I would like to give it 5 stars, but since I'm unable to use it's full functionality I can't do that.

I must amend my earlier review:(Nice scale. Consistent readings. Not sure about the BMI etc but it's kind'a cool. ) I slid mine sideways to dry some water spilled from my shower and it tapped the toilet. It nearly exploded. the glass shattered and popped pieces of glass a foot or more ways from the scale. I was stunned at the violence of the way it disintegrated from so little force. I feel lucky I wasn't standing on it at the time. I reported this with these photos to Massdrop and was disappointed to find that although their customer service responded they do not assist in warranty claims or even contact information with the their vendors for us customers.

I did contact Kisslink and sent them these photos on 20Aug2018 and as of 3Sep2018 I have not received any response. Based on this I cam compelled to advise not to buy from Kisslink because they do not seem to respond to to customer issues and not to buy this scale as it is unsafe in my experience. If I have one I loved and wished to keep using I might put a bead of silicone sealant all the way around the edge as an edge guard.

Good scale, nice functionality, wireless is nice to have Pros: functionality, measurements taken, simple to use Cons: app is difficult to manage with a whole family using the scale, can take a while to connect, need the app running to collect measurements, inconsistent results when stepping on and off scale one after another (weight can vary by a pound or two, and bmi and body fat percentage change as well)
