I received my drop on 6/11, opened it 6/12. There is an approx 2mm tear in the fold in the quarter nearest the valve. It appears to just be from the fold, as there is no sign of damage or abrasion on the stuff sack it came in. Did anyone else have the same defect?
I placed a ticket for "Item received not as expected" on 6/12, but I am still waiting for a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Shipping the tiny pillow to Australia is 3x the cost of shipping the Static V sleeping pad, what gives?

Ultra-light packers stuff a spare shirt into the cover for sleeping bag and use that as pillow:P

LadejarlI'd prefer to carry a 2 oz pillow that helps me achieve 8 hours of solid sleep, rather than carry an extra 5 oz t-shirt that is 1) not usually necessary and 2) not a comfortable to sleep on. Once I started using an air pillow, I never went backpacking again without one.

DannyMilksDitto, a 2 oz pillow is not just more comfy but also lighter than a 5 oz extra shirt. And If you're really trying to go ultralight you shouldn't have a "spare" anything.

$13 for international shipping?! It was $15 to ship the HD6XX, something that must weigh twenty times more!

Looks like you might be in Canada? Massdrop mainly uses FedEx. Minimum shipping tO Canada usi FedEx is pretty high. Your cost to ship 2 or 3 might also be just about $10. You might want to check those options out.

I got 2 of these in the last drop. They blow up fine but how can you use them to sleep when they make a sound like a paper bag being crunched every time you move your head!? My wife (I got two of the pillows) won't use it because of this. It makes zero sense to design and sell something that is for sleep but noisy when ever you move the slightest. This was a waste of my money.

jamato8Try wrapping a cotton T-shirt around it. I do it because I don't like the plastic feel on my face, and I never had a problem with sound.

Shipping is ridiculous to Australia! 21 USD for two of these even though they weigh 75g each and are tiny. $41 all up for two of them isn't worth it.

I would at least like an update, or even an excuse. But to do another drop without even bothering to tell us what happened with the previous one? That's adding insult to injury.

Hi Mark, I actually wanted the pillow, so I asked them to mail me another one. That was two weeks ago. Five days ago, I got a message saying a new pillow was shipped. Today, I got another message saying the new pillow was shipped today. I'm confused. Am I getting two pillows? Or was the pillow never shipped five days ago? Is there a tracking number? Thank you.

Hi there,
The specs on Massdrop say:
"Weight: 2.05 oz. (58g)"
The image you provide says, on the package of the pillow:
Weight: 2.25 oz (64g)
And, to further complicate matters, the Klymit X Pillow on Klymit's own site (http://www.klymit.com/index.php/products-1/pillows-and-chairs/pillow-x.html) says:
"Weight/Mass: 1.95 oz. / 55.3 g"
What is the accurate weight of this product? This seems to a be a "special" magenta pillow for Massdrop...does it weigh more? Part of Klymit's tagline for this pillow is that it weighs under 2oz.
Thoughts?
