The Luxury & Precision L5 Pro player supports the very latest in high-resolution digital music. With playback capabilities up to 24 bit/192 kHz PCM as well as DSD, the L5 Pro will get you up and running with nearly any lossless file format you can throw at it. Equipped with a 3.5-inch display and an aluminum-magnesium alloy body with rosewood backplate, the L5 Pro looks almost as good as it sounds.
Top-Tier Internals
The DAC (digital-to-analog) chip at the heart of device is the latest-generation AKM Verita 4490, which can pull every sonic nuance from the highest resolution file formats available including 4x DSD. The 3.5-inch IPS display features a 480 x 320 resolution, OGS-type touchscreen, and intuitive UI for finding and selecting your favorite tracks. The L5 Pro sports 32 gigabytes of long-life internal memory and MicroSD card expansion capabilities along with an internal battery that has a projected playback time of 12 hours.
Finishing Touches
Connectivity includes a USB DAC interface, 3.5-millimeter gold-plated headphone jack, 3.5-millimeter coaxial digital output and a shielded 3.5-millimeter line-out. The headphone amplifier includes a versatile five-level gain switch that allows for easy pairing with almost any headphone. The L5 Pro features a physical rotating knob for volume adjustment and a standard play/pause, track forward/back interface on the side panel along with two assignable custom function buttons and a hold/lock feature on the front panel.
