Currently owning a pair of Westone W60.
Experienced serious noise and even statics when I plugged the piece into my laptop. I have tried plugging in without power supply but was not very successful.
Would O2+SDAC be a good solution to this problem? Or else what would work?

Mkim96I'm sure it would, laptops can have rather noisy outputs sometimes. Though unless the laptop is generally stationary like always on a desk somewhere, you might consider something more portable like the audioquest dragonfly. I'm sure there are plenty of other options out there as well which I just can't think of at the moment, maybe someone else can chime in.
