FaezFarhanDouble flange gave me the best fit and sound. The others felt too small or too big so I couldn't get a good seal.

FaezFarhanI use large SpinFit tips. They were a bit difficult to get on the nozzle since the nozzle is pretty wide for them, but they work like a charm. I suspect JVC Spiral Dots should work well as well, provided you got the right size for your ear.

cheapladI always use: SpinFit CP100-L - Patented Silicone Eartips for Replacement (2 Pairs, Large size) (3.8mm Nozzle Dia.) With all my IEMs.
They were tough to get on because the nozzle is quite big on MD+.. but with help of a paint brush handle I got them on.
