One of my favorite knife in my collection (about 30 knives more or less) but its the most beautiful from the colour the shape, the design by Ray Laconico is very pure, the blade slicy, the handle so nice in the hand, well, soon maybe another one R. Laconico design in my collection ;)

I live in Canada and want to join this drop. However, I saw a post in the discussions here that Canada customs kept their knife and this makes me hesitate. Have any other Canadians had their knife kept as well? Any receive it without issues? Would taking it across customs myself be a better option?

UPDATE: They finally responded by telling me they were unable to process my refund, which is, of course, a lie. I encourage everyone who gets ripped off like this to contact the State Attorney General, who will be happy to educate them.

Nobody has responded when I ASKED FOR A REFUND. Drop had my money since Jan. 17th, with an estimated shipping date of Jan. 19th. GIVE ME MY REFUND!

Weak detent on mine, failures to open, very slow swing out... oiled it and still feel mushy and slow. Its pretty, and sharp, but the action gets a C-... not even close for over $100. no returns, is that how this works?

Sorry to hear about that, the Keen's detent should be plenty strong to allow for a good opening. We do offer returns on our Studio products, noted at the bottom of the page: "US customers may return or exchange this item in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery." We also have a one year warranty on our Studio products. Either way, please don't hesitate to reach out to our CS team so we can make it right for you by offering you a return or replacement.

I have to be honest, waiting for over a month to enjoy the product you purchased is unacceptable. I know, it’s on me for not seeing the estimated delivery time. But we’re in 2020. This is such bullshit. I won’t be purchasing from Drop again. I’ve bought a few items from you guys and only twice was satisfied with the process. Had i known this will take this long I would’ve just paid $20-$40 more to buy something comparable from blade HQ. Not like at $180 this is a bargain. Sorry Drop but you will not be getting my business again. Between the fact that the item I originally wanted showed “in stock” then after I ordered it changed to “out of stock” so I had to settle for a color I didn’t want and also waiting for up to 6 weeks to get the knife in the wrong color, that’s insane customer service

Ordered the knife in purple with holes. Without any communication my order just sat there. When I went in to check on why I haven’t received a confirmation email, the option I wanted now showed out of stock. So I had to change to the bronze. So after my card was charged I was forced to pick the option I didn’t want. Then I got a tracking number that didn’t work. Had to ask customer service for help. You can’t call anyone. Everything is through email which takes almost a day to get a response. One of my concerns was never even addressed. I was told that it could take up to 14 days to see an update. This product could take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. Honestly, that’s fucking unacceptable. If this was $120 steal of a deal then sure. But when you pay $180, shipping something for over a month is retarded. I’ve ordered a few items from Drop in the past. I’m done with them. Once this knife shows up, not using them again. I’ll gladly pay $30-$40 more to enjoy my purchase a month sooner. This is why Blade HQ gets so much more of my business.
