These have been a go to pair for me for the last 5 years. They’ve developed some sick fades. I’d love to see another run to see what I can do with a new pair.
The leather patch really aged nicely.
I bought these jeans on a whim—I don’t usually wear jeans, but the price was hard to pass up. Now that I’ve had them for nearly a year, I can confidently say these are some of the nicest jeans I’ve ever owned. Comfortable, slightly dressy, and I can still move around in them. Overall I would recommend them.
The fit on these wasn’t for me. The only other expensive denim I’ve owned is stuff from Edwin so perhaps my expectations and experience isn’t formed by lots of different manufacturers. Still, I found these to be very lightweight and too thin, meaning they’re more of a summer jean, in my opinion. The fit is hard to describe: snug in the waist but far too roomy down the leg to the ankle. And because the fabric is so thin the legs just felt like I was wearing a pair of loose curtains swishing around. In the end I sold them to a friend for half the price even though I had only worn them for 15 minutes.
