So I received my unit today. However when I plug it into a headphone and mic jack it sounds dull and not as crisp as my Logitech G430. Is there a software or something I can do to fine tune the sound?

fx35sI had to turn the microphone boost up to +30.0 dB to get it to recognize that I was talking. Nobody could hear me otherwise. Not sure why it's like that.

fx35sThese should sound infinitely better than the Logitech G430. There isn't a software but something is definitely up with your setup.

fx35s@fx35s have you tried using the rear plug to see if that fixed the issues you were having? I know we had a discussion on the other thread, but just to close up this thread if others run into the same problem.

aceyIt was plugged into the rear ports. According to the people in game and in Discord there wasn't any distortion or anything with the mic boosted that high so I guess I'll just roll with it.
