Hey, I got these in the last drop. They've been working fine, but they do wear out VERY quickly. I took off a keycap the other day and noticed that they're broken up, but are still working because they've somehow stuck to the top of the key. Basically, they're probably going to work until I need to take them off for some reason.

Assuming you're not using transparent keycaps and you want some sort of color effect I don't see anything wrong with the color assuming you get the correct ~~durometer~~ that suits you. Color doesn't matter otherwise.
Also you do care for the planet right? Because black rubber tends to be made from the most recycled material (for ex. tires) due to its dominant color.
Having a hard time looking for these o-ring, i end up using those rubber from Loom bands as an o-ring, and it works like a charm, making my keyboard less noise when bottoming out and make a little squishy feel but hardly noticeable.
