No brainer on these
I got these specifically for trauma kits to check pupils. One in the car with the narcan, the other in my woods kit. It's a great light for the price, the guide on the side is cool, and they're still going strong! Simple is best for emergency medical, all I wanted is a button and a dim-ish light. If you need the same, buy em up!

Love the size and weight of this pen light. It is very convenient to use when evaluating pupillary reflexes, especially having the size chart on the side. However, having brighter settings would be nice for other purposes such as evaluating the nares and oral cavity.
