Was once a advid Nike customer, as I look upon my shoe rack I only have two pair of active wear shoes now all 9 pair of Nike that i once owned and wore daily are now part of waste management as i could of donated ALL practley new pair of shoes but when i boycott a product I feel it would be unjust to advertise their product in any way shape from or fashion any longer.#NEVERNIKE

I can understand that. Beto O'Rourke had a strong answer to this overall debate and most critically, began it by saying that reasonable people can disagree on this topic and I think he's right. Not everyone will agree with the method of protest. Frequently, when I ask that question of people, they end up not having the same objection to the protest...which means they're more concerned with who is protesting and what they are protesting than they are with the method of protest.
Regardless - I can understand how some people find this form of protest to be objectionable...if you think the flag is sacrosanct, then any protest related to it would be offensive.
I see this form of protest as inherently American: they are using their constitutional right to free speech to raise a peaceful, organized protest to raise awareness for an issue where other Americans are having their civil rights violated by state and federal law enforcement. That, to me, is as patriotic a cause as any I can think of and I'm proud of Kaepernick and the other players who have risked professional and personal repercussions to ensure that message is heard.

rbn920Lots of fake tears about an issue that doesn't affect them personally while promoting lies and a false narrative.

Aww, you have ZERO upvotes, that’s not fair! Maybe you should troll elsewhere where you’ll have more support. Try, Communist Party USA.com, you’ll fit right in.

Nike doesn't need any shade thrown their way. 0 USD / 10.
Any further discussion not relevant to the quality of these sunglasses will be moderated. Political or otherwise. Thanks

Blah Blah Blah Buy the sunglasses or don't. You aren't going to change anyone's mind by telling everyone how you tossed out some old shoes you only used to cut the grass in.
