I have had zero problems with these IEMs. They have been in my arsenal for 4 months now and they are perfect for working out. They drown out my surroundings so I can focus on working out.

I’ve had these guys for over a year now, almost daily. They’ve held up extraordinarily well, having taken serious abuse. Battery life is excellent.

Battery life is OK, audio quality is good, build quality is good except for the cheap plastic on the control unit (probably to reduce weight). The actual earbuds themselves are quite heavy units that have trouble staying in your ears during exercise - but I've always had trouble with in-ear headphone fit, so my partner ended up taking these and likes them a lot, thus 4 stars. I switched to larger over-ear headphones instead.

I'm having a great experience with these in-ear monitors, so much so that I've purchased a second pair to be available if these die prematurely. Used Powerbeats until the rubber controls melted and sloughed off. These NuForce sound better because they make a tight seal and keep out excess noise as I pedal the local bike path. No problems with drops from my iPhone 8 Plus. Sound quality for those I speak to on a phone call is on par with my Mazda's built-in bluetooth. These are a bit cheaper in cost than Powerbeats and I don't expect them to last the same 3 years, but tech isn't designed to last forever.

Sounds good when it works. Even when I'm sitting still, it drops out, and when I'm walking, I can go for 30 seconds or more with no sound because of that. I contacted MD support about it, and they directed me to NuForce support, but I've heard nothing from them. The battery life is indeed short, but that's not the deal breaker... the drops are. Using a Samsung S8, so not an old phone either- my Southwing from 10 years ago has better luck staying connected.

Sent in my RMA, and FedEx shows it delivered. Contacted support to ask about the timetable after they'd had it for a week, was asked for FedEx number and gave it and the label that they had sent me in response. Have heard nothing. Tried to contact the support person several times over the past couple of weeks, and silence.

ChuckDeeFinally received my replacement. It's having less issues, but still performs worse when exercising (light walk) than my Southwing sa505 from 10+ years ago with my s8. Disappointed in the purchase.

After about 9 months of use, here's my experience:
The drivers seem to be failing. The right ear plays louder than the left ear, and it seems both do not play as loud as they used to.
The power button requires exceptional force to press. For some reason, I have to press as hard as I can just to turn these on. Coupled with the dying drivers I now have to look at the light instead of listening for the sound when they turn on, meaning I can't turn them on while they're in my ears.

JermehThis doesn't sound right. In theory it is almost impossible for the driver to start losing its volume. What you are experiencing is most likely caused by something blocking the driver inside. Also, you should not need to press the button so hard.
So all in all - I´d like to make this right. Could you please contact us so that we can swap your earphones to a new pair? My apologies for the trouble and inconvenience. https://www.optoma.com/us/support/contact-us/

It died on me after a year. The right earpiece fell apart internally. As far as I know there's no warranty or nothing so it sucks. Ergonomy is very bad, my right ear canal is pretty small and i had a hard time keeping it in, but the seal and fit is alright with the comply. I liked the sound, it was pretty clear but a bit lacking in bass quantity, the quality was good though. Battery life was good. A few days ago I ordered a pair of mee audio m6 pro to replace this iem, hope they will last longer than these, because the longevity and the ergonomy made me feel that this was NOT money well spent.

Does everything is is supposed to do. The most important downside is that it lacks some kind of surround sound suppression on the mic. I get complaints of people whom I am calling with that all the surrounding sounds are way to loud.

bad
noise in both headphones and tapping left, no warranty, long delivery to Poland, problems with payment, money was returned and I had to pay on delivery and because of that "I did not finish the transaction with Drop Shop", so I have no warranty and although my product is not working properly, I deserve nothing
