I bought the 9500s a while back and pad swapped them (modhouse oval ring + shure pads), they work great and are comfortable. After finding these and watching a bunch of reviews I decided to try these as an all stock alternative to the lightly modded 9500s... I can't quite put my finger on it, but they're just missing something that the 9500s have. So much so that I just don't want to use them unfortunately.
