Works out great as a 2-4 day bag, also as The Emergency carryon for long trips. Our main luggage was delayed for a 10-day Cruise. This little bag saved us! Very functional array of pockets, zippers and handles.
Very roomy and well made. Great for short trips and even for being gone for a week. Sturdy zippers! Love the compartments that allow for separating items from the main compartment.
Bag was very nice, but one of the shoulder strap latches is loose and so it comes undone every time I lift it by the shoulder strap. I have removed the shoulder strap and it functions great as a regular bag, but would be nice to have the shoulder strap as an option.
They should just stop making strap pads and use those resources on QC on the rest of the bag. Lots of missed stitches and areas of compression but no stitch. If it was amazon I would have returned mine.
My best purchase on Massdrop. Bag is very well made, very spacious, have handles on every strategic point. Love the canvas, strong and best ob all, of olive drab color!
Sorry, I shoudl edit this review, since several things happened.
1. the bag strap carabiner has broken and you cannot buy replacement strap for this bag. The carabiners are of poor quality, not as in other Rothco bags.
2. Masdrop does not include any warranty with this bag and it is very frustrating, since Rothco has no problem replacing the bag through Massdrop, but the later refuses to do it.
Nice bag, very spacious. My issue was the shoulder strap clip, it popped out of the swivel and not I have a bag I can't put over my shoulder. But very nice bag and I'd probably buy another one.
It’s a nice little bag, spacious and the two side pockets are pretty handy. The main problem is the construction quality. The divider between the pockets and the main compartment is made of a really flimsy nylon, and it’s begun to rip considerably. I haven’t packed it too full and at this point I’ve basically got one extra large compartment now.
