EklipsesPossibly one of your domes and springs are misaligned, try opening up the keyboard and re-aligning the domes and springs under those two keys, make sure you get the alignment right and don't mess up the alignment of any other domes and springs
blackcatdownNot sure if it was misaligned but I went ahead and disassembled the whole thing. Cleaned the surface of the pc board, reassembled and it seems like the issue went away for now. Thank you!
Eklipseshi, hope see this. I'm having the same random key presses on mine you described. but I can't figure out how to take the keyboard apart, mind sharing where the screws are?
IncediusMan it’s been awhile and i do not have the keyboard anymore. As far as I remember one of the hidden screw is hidden beneath the keyboard which is behind the sticker. Then you be able to pop the top bevel slowly. I personally used a plastic spudger. Hope that help.
dhukeyThanks! Popping the top bevel was the key! There are no exposed screws until after that was done. My random keypress issue also got fixed after some cleaning.
