Rustic with Rustico
Hand-sewn from top-grain cowhide that develops a patina as it ages, each Rustico Journal in this drop will be made to order in the color and style you select. Packed between the richly-tanned hides are 160 pages of thick, rough-cut, cream-colored paper that holds up well to most pen types. However, due to its fibrous nature, the paper may clog some nibs after prolonged use and is not recommended for fountain pens. The Messenger measures 6.25 x 9” and features double wrap closure, while the Traveler measures 6.25 x 8” and comes equipped with a flap-tie or buckle closure.
Note: At check-out, you have your choice between the Messenger Leather Journal and the Traveler Leather Journal with a flap tie or buckle closure, in your choice of leather color (Black, Buckskin, Dark Brown, and Saddle). As every journal will be made to order after the drop ends, please allow 3 weeks for shipping of Dark Brown and Saddle or 6 weeks for shipping of Black and Buckskin, in all three styles.
