Product Description
Like the dashboard of a cockpit, the aptly named Flightmaster is packed with information that can be difficult to interpret at first glance. With practice, however, you’ll be able to use this Japanese quartz watch to summon all kinds of info: time, speed, and distance calculations; fuel consumption; climbing altitude, rate, and time; unit conversion; square root and rule-of-three calculations; and much more Read More
The watch face is quite busy, but it's always easy to see where the hands are. As someone who only dabbles in watches the band is good enough quality, but I can understand why some might knock it.
I am watch collector and love seiko. I mainly stick with automatics but this watch is to cool to pass up. Its in rotation with my Speedmaster, pelagos, marine master. It makes for great everyday watch, grab and go. Its my only quartz in collection. I sold my bulova Lunar due its to large size and this was perfect replacement.
Good looking watch. A bit bulkier than my usual tastes considering my wrist is not that big, however still fits well and looks nice. The complications complement the looks, but also make it much harder to read the time at a glanc compared to simpler dials (obviously).
New to watches (other than smart watches) but really satisfied with the purchase. Slide rule with limited uses when your cell phone is right nearby but neat nonetheless. Wears well, especially on slightly smaller wrists.
This watch is very functional. The watch size, strap, clasp, screw down pusher buttons, watch face all are beautiful.
Having said that there are few points -
It is heavy and all quartz
The dome crystal is not of my liking.
The glass looks slightly cloudy
The 12 o'clk markings are not perfectly aligned.
But then this watch is just $200 so it is very high value for money watch
