slyfnYes you can. But I'd recommend over ear headphones for gaming as they have a wider soundstage and you can take them off and on easily.
But if you want to go with just IEMs for everything, then the mirai are a good bet.
It's a very interesting design, that you can tune them a bit.
But this will introduce another possible point of failure, as intricate technologies are less robust.
I have tons of IEMs and Headphones at home and sometimes i play games with my Shure SE535 or Massdrop+ Universal IEM
I hope you'll find something that suits your needs.

QwervyHere's all I could find. You'll have to excuse the translation, it's not the best but I got the gist of it:
Tuning mode instruction
0 means push down ,1/2/3 means push up
Mode 1:
100: Bass enhancement mode
120: Mixed tuning
Mode 2:
020:All balanced mode
103: Mixed tuning
Mode 3:
003: Mid-treble enhancement mode
023: Mixed tuning
123: Mixed tuning (lowest impedance)
