My generic pen of choice for general sketching and note-taking at the office has been a Pilot G2 for a long time. But primarily for the ink and roller feel. The bodies are fine, but I that's not why I used them. And I definitely prefer the feel of some of my heavier metal pens that I don't typically use at the office. So I was looking for something better/nicer to house my G2 refills for daily use and I wanted something capped instead of clicky.
This pen suits the bill perfectly so far. Robust enough that I don't feel I need to be careful with it. Capped means I feel more confident throwing it into a pocket if necessary. It looks good, but not ostentatious and I really like the light patina the copper quickly developed. It feels great in my hand during use and even the occasional spin when not. I like the weight, diameter, length, grip texture and lack of tip movement. I got the clip at the same time, but haven't yet found the need to install it.

If you need maximum lightweight, go with all-titanium variant.

This is a light weight pen, well made and the machining, fit and finish is fine, except for the metal pocket clip which really detracts from the overall appearance of the pen. The pen is smaller than a Big I titanium pen and does not have the balance and heft that I prefer.

First impressions are very good. The pen seems very well manufactured. The copper/gray color combination looks even better in person.
The refill sits perfectly tight (I noted this elsewhere : nothing annoys me more in a writing instrument when the tip wiggles even just a tiny bit). I'll be curious to see if I can fit a Pentel Energel as perfectly, but the G2 refill will do for now)
The subtle grooving on the grip section is also well thought out, it really helps with control when writing for an extended period of time.
He even included a set of replacement O rings with notes how to use them.
Highly recommended - especially at this price.

Nice feel. Get the titanium for lightness or opt for the copper for some heft in your hand (it's still light). The pen is well machined and I always get some nice comments.
What sold me was the utilization of the Pilot G2 series of ink refills. I've always liked those pens for the ubiquity, cost and user experience.
