Bad at being a knife and bad at being a pen, but it says “tactical” so it has to be super good

Finally a "tactical" item that's actually a weapon. This certainly beats the tactical chopsticks that I saw here recently.
I worry that it might be a little top-heavy, which would make writing difficult. Hopefully, it isn't too imbalanced.
