I don't know why people are considering its non-detachable cable as a deal breaker. As if the cable will fail after few weeks or months, unless you abuse it. Besides, it's easy and cheap to mod it and make it's cable detachable when cable fails

kaiss3rCables can be DOA, or fail earlier than it should. It may be easy and cheap to mod it as you say, but it still costs money to buy the parts, research to know what to get, know-how on how to do it, equipment to do it, and time=money. I purchased two of these so it isn't a dealbreaker for me, but I know detachable cables are a very nice feature, and for one of these, I have to mod because I want to use it in balanced drive. In a nutshell, it costs significantly less time and money for a manufacturer to do it than for a customer to do it, and many of us would gladly pay the extra manufacturing cost for the feature.
