There's nothing especially wrong with it, I quite like it for disney trips or an overnight bag, there's just 0 surprises that would bump it to 5. It's exactly as you see - and I wouldn't trust it with anything heavy duty.
Overall I really like this pack. My daily load actually rides better in the Timberline than the Mystery Ranch Daily pack it replaced even without the internal organization. There’s a few minor negatives for me as well. The buckle locations on the top flap are positioned on the underside of the flap and causes it to curl up. I will very likely reattach them to the topside to alleviate this. I have some durability concerns with the shoulder straps and webbing used on the pack. The webbing is the lighter weight silky feeling type that tends to fray easily rather than the heavier ballistic nylon type normally used on packs. The shoulder straps, while well designed and comfortable, don’t seem to be very substantial at the attachment points.
