It’s not often you see a dive watch with an open heart—let alone one that actually carries a legitimate water-resistance rating. New from Aquacy, the Cave Diver Open-Heart Automatic Watch toes the line between performance and sophistication. Sized at a manageable 42 millimeters, it’s made of stainless steel with a sapphire-coated mineral crystal. To keep things clean, the dial has straightforward geometric indices, which are partially obscured by the open heart at 9 o’clock. A rotating bezel allows the wearer to track elapsed time, and lumed coating on the hands and markers emphasized legibility. Equipped with a Seiko NH38 automatic movement, the Cave Diver comes in array of models, including the one-of-a-kind mother of pearl and abalone editions.
