New support update: Massdrop requested new black earpads to be shipped out by Sound Professionals four days ago to replace the ones that were "lost in the mail", but SP still hasn't sent any replacements out. Massdrop is now overnighting a shipment from another vendor to their office and will be shipping them out as soon as they receive them. Thank goodness for Massdrop support, because we definitely aren't receiving any products from Sound Professionals!

I apologize for the sparse updates for this drop. We have been continually getting conflicting shipment promises from The Sound Professionals, and it's been very difficult for us to rely on their shipment forecast at this point.
We've determined at this point that we are unable to depend on The Sound Professionals to re-ship everyone the black ear pads within reasonable timeframe. As a result, we have sourced extra black earpads from numerous third party suppliers independently, and we are expecting the shipments to arrive starting tomorrow, with the last shipment scheduled by early next week.
For the members waiting for their order of the brown ear pads, we were told that it would all be shipped out by Wednesday. Please continue to monitor your shipment tracking. If you don't see any movement in the next few days, we'll certainly take the matter into our own hands and have this taken care of.
