works as intended, need improvement
I love the form factor, but there are definitely more DACs of similar form factor that perform better. I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I had a slight feint white noise for my unit.

Small Form Dac
Though it's small, it does increase details and soundstage. It works on a 1More Quad Driver earbuds and Sony WH- 1000xm4. With the cable from the Sony headphones and connected withe the Dac, it does gives me more spatial acoustic and soundstage. I use Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G with the newest software Android 12 OS

Simply does not work
Plugged it into my iPhone 11 Pro Max over lightning - the indicator LED flashes 3 colors and simply wont connect. This product is garbage. Infuriating because I am an international customer, and to get any form of replacement (provided this is a defect and it isn't failing like all other reviews) I will have to wait months. No manuals. No way to get data. No way to troubleshoot. Don't buy it unless you like disappointment. Drop, this one clearly is a failure to validate.

EffigyFinally wiggled/forced the device to get a connection - same error, just to see. Running iOS 14.7.1 - device is not supported. Note that no other peripheral I have, including other DAC/AMPs, have this problem. It isn't the phone. PURE GARBAGE.

EffigyYou figure drop would reach out to its customers to address the issues with the product and offer a refund - at least say “hey, sorry we sold you a shiny, useless object..” NOPE. So, yah, product is garbage, but drop is doing nothing to make it right. I can’t say enough that this is lazy and stupid. DROP - APOLOGIZE. Make it right.

sp57Like others, I was very disappointed with the Audirect Atom2 DAC. When I first used it, I enjoyed the sound. Despite its small size, the upgrade made my Klipsch in-ear phones sound better. This was almost more than I hope for from such a small package. My satisfaction turn into sadness when I plugged them for the 4th time into my iPad. After listening to music for about a 1/2 an hour, I pulled the unit out of the iPad. To my disappointment, the lightning plug broke off from the DAC. Save your $75.
