I have the pair of these with the headset attached (240 maybe?) and if you have small ears, the cushions sit around them rather than on them. Not much of a problem but having ears on the hard plastic on the inside hurts if you leave them on for a long time.

How hot is the velor compared with leather? I live in a pretty warm place so it could be a problem if it's a hotter to wear.
