Would you be able to confirm if cables are the same for 650 and 750? If thats the case and I am 99% sure that is I could simply change cameras and save the troubles of rewiring. Please advise. Thanks!

HedonistGreat question, I confirmed that the power and video cables are the same between the 650 and 750. The front mount is not the same, so the you will need to remove the 650 front mount from the windshield and install the new front mount for the 750 (included in the box). The rear mounts are the same.
