Guys give me a solution. I am having 4 x opa1612 which are SMD. How to solder this 8 pin thruehole to 8 line SMD board (topping dx7s) ?

Not a problem man, I hate when people don't respond. This hoppy is hard enough to get good information from others most of the time. I find with most of the products I want, there is only 1 person who might have reviewed it on Youtube. Anyways, best of luck man.

I'm so in love with the V6 Classic, I have to try the Vivid. I mount them on my Auzentech Meridian soundcard, direct through an Onkyo amp to a 3.1 set of Paradigms. This is a great price on these.

I wonder if these op amps would be a significative and worthwhile remplacement for the JRC output op amps in my vintage Philips Cd960 CD player (which also use the highly praised 16 bit multibit TDA1541A DAC)?

Got mine, was struggling to find a taller objective 2 enclosure, so I ended up cutting.

The Vivids arrived. All is good. Single Vivids as ordered. Look and sound identical to the ones I tested for 1 month before returning them back to my neighbor. But I still prefer Sparkos :)

phoenixsongSparkos op-amps have more bass, more clarity and better instrument separation. That is all :)

Yeah...just got the note on the Vivid delay today......sounds like they are "hedging" and we are not going to see these either. Added to last month's V6 Classic snafu where many, myself included, were sent wrong items and it is hard to get behind Burson.
