Hi everyone, I'm the marketing manager for Cooler Master and we are currently investigating this issue. Based on my understanding, there seems to be miscommunication from our sales team and the MassDrop team. We're monitoring the situation closely and will provide feedback on our end once we've collected all the information.
As for the keyboards, they are being shipped at the originally agreed date based on factory production orders and should be arriving mid-February.

CM-RajivIf the "originally agreed date" is going to be met, does that mean the order was never even initially placed with the factory until the deadline was passed?
