Awful quality and hurt my list
Sewing end is rough. Stretch direction is longitudinal, this cause the watch become unstable on the list and fixing hole to extend too much.
Conclusion: Both the leather and thread are used incorrectly, and only think of it as an amateur.

I guess my original question didn’t warrant a response in your opinion? Thanks for that. A great demonstration of who exactly we are dealing with...I understand that running a small business is difficult, but answering basic questions, even difficult ones (which this wasn’t) should be considered basic customer service. I didn’t even bring up the fact that your sub-par ammo pouch strap broke and resulted in a very large insurance claim for me. Time to stop shipping bad quality, and/or start answering questions regarding what happens when you do....

SStasThat response was meant to be towards your question and FAautobahn's, we didnt mean to make you feel like we were ignoring you in any way. It would be the same as the response we gave and that is to email us with the issue and we will do what we can to get a relacement out or fix the issue, if it is fixable. Sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't fixable. Each scenario is different so through email we can generally get the info we need and act accordingly, to get the customer something shipped out that works. For your scenario, we are not sure if you ever contacted us, but if not, we would like to send a free strap out to make that right so you are whole, so just send us an email with your order # and what happened and we will gladly find a strap for you and get it out, on us. We hope this helps and please feel free to email us (Info@DaLucaStraps.com) for a quicker answer as we do our best to monitor these Drops but its just for short amounts of times and its always hard for us to catch every single Q as we do he best we can.

Not impressed with quality
I didn’t realize this was a ladies sized band. I own four different Nylon nato straps by De Luca, and I’ve been happy with each of them. This one, I am not happy with at all. The quality is poor at best. The leather is too stretchy, it is really short, I’ve got it on the last hole of the band. The leather is really thin. I expected more for the price I paid.

holeshooThese are not a ladies size band, these are standard and work with most wrist sizes. The 1 piece is approx 270mm long while the non 1 piece version is approx 300mm. The price is $40USD for a 100% handmade leather watch strap made from some of the best leather on planet earth. We are only able to offer these at this price because we sell a higher quantity in a short period of time, otherwise these would not be possible to offer at this price, long term since they take so much time to make. Not overly impressed...
First thing I noticed is how short these are compared to other Zulus. My wrist is just shy of 8 inches and I’m wearing on the last hole with not much spare. The stitching and center of the buckle tang is off on one of them, and quite honestly the leather does not seem all that special for the price.

As someone that owns 20+ nato straps I am confident how to wear them. Your sizing is way off. Shortest hole on my strap is 7" and longest is over 9". The leather also stretches which would not be a problem except for the above sizing problem. If you have a 7" wrist or smaller you will definitely need to punch new holes. If in the 7-7.5" range you will use the last or second to last hole.
Of all the NATO's I own, yours is the only one like this.
