So I ordered both sizes. Perhaps against intuition, the BZ100 are the larger size. I haven't got my Astrotec AX-35 yet and I didn't heat or shape the molds but I tried snapping in the IEMs I do have handy:
HiSound Audio WooDuo 2: Loose fit inside the BZ200
Nuforce NE-600X: Tight fit inside the BZ100
Monoprice 8320: No fit inside either
Looks like I'll have use for both sizes after all, assuming the molding process goes well and I like the result, that is. From pictures I'd also guess that the Astrotec will fit one of them, most likely the BZ100 better than the BZ200 but I can't tell for sure before I have them.
Well I wasted 20$ for nothing, couldn't get a proper seal and tried to reheat the mold two times. Eventually it just fell out of the earphone slip and I couldn't get it back to being molded properly. First pair I messed up by heating both at the same time, in which i forgot what went to what ear and they had bonded together.
Guess I gambled and lost.
Hey everyone,
We’re happy to report that all of the orders have been shipped out a week ahead of schedule!

Just wanna clarify something, the BZ100 model have the bigger inner diameter for bigger driver ear buds? I have a pair of Sennheiser CX 300 II's and they have a bit bigger driver/housing. Closest thing i could find would be the Jaybirds which from pictures seem to be about the same size.
GreeDyloOThis comes with two pairs, whereas on the site it only includes one pair. Thus the MSRP is 30$ and not 14.99 like it is on the site. So, you're saving 10$.
I purchased these last time:
They will provide almost 0 noise isolation. Yes they fit comfortably when molded and stay in your ear nicely, but the plastic is hard and does not create a "seal" in your ear for sound.
PoopstainThanks, so it's about the earphones not the ears.
Anyone happen to know the size of any of these IEMs: Wooduo 2, Astrotec AX-35 and Nuforce NE-600X?
Yeah, what are the sizes for? I thought it was for ear size but maybe it's all about what IEMs fit in the holes? Either way, how do I know what size I need? I selected both sizes for now which is the safe option but means one pair will be a waste.
