Good plugs
My go-to plugs that are expendable, and I tried a lot of different ones. Keeps decent sound quality. Custom is better, but then losing these doesn't hurt as much.

Do what the are supposed to
They do a good job suppressing sound in the workshop and at the shootingrange. At the range I use the in addition to my Peltors.

A must have for live shows
I had been using standard foam ear plugs when going to live shows, but always hated the way they ruined the sound mix. These do a MUCH better job of lowing the "volume" but allowing you to hear the mix, making for a much more enjoyable show.
