Tiny But Mighty
New from England’s Flare Audio, the R2A IEMs deliver natural, intimate sound in a lightweight, low-profile package. Made from a solid bar of aerospace aluminum, the enclosure—just 12 by 7 millimeters—promises a deep, easy fit that’s flush enough against the ear for you to wear comfortably while lying on your side. The 5-millimeter neodymium driver was specifically chosen for its small size, which most closely matches the ear canal and generates less pressure on the eardrum for longer, fatigue-free listening sessions.

Clear Sound, Standout Bass
Pressure-balanced like their predecessor, Flare’s R1 over-ear headphones, these IEMs provide excellent noise isolation, well-balanced staging, and effortless clarity. Laid-back treble and lush, forward-sounding mids create a realistic sound, but the real standout is the bass—giving a nice thump when the track calls for it, without becoming exaggerated or stealing the show. Plus, for easy modification, the cable and driver assembly are both user replaceable.
